When I underwent the Energy 4 Life coaching process myself during my training it was transformational. My energy levels sky rocketed almost immediately as did my focus and concentration. My physical health improved rapidly and I gained clarity around my own goals with my change in career and life overall. I now feel like I am a million miles away from a lifestyle that had become “normal” but that really wasn’t in line with my values and goals and wasn’t supporting my health.
I have first hand experience of how working with the body’s own energy system, the right foods and combining this with regular meditation and exercise can transform anybody’s overall health and wellbeing and having this knowledge and awareness has changed my life!
Q How has Energy 4 Life impacted your life?
I heard about E4L through a friend and fellow Reiki practitioner a couple of years ago. I rediscovered my lifelong interest in natural and preventative healthcare and was immediately drawn to the E4L teachings and concepts Shola Arewa has written extensively about. I started prioritising my health with small changes at first to things like my diet (I stopped eating meat, wheat and gluten) and felt the effects immediately. I discovered the secrets to creating optimum wellbeing myself without having to buy into the latest trend or fad, a very empowering process.
Q What is your E4L specialist area?
I specialise in weight management and stress management, as these are areas where I have first hand experience and feel I offer the most value. Having said that, I am passionate about working with anyone who has an interest in their own personal development and wellbeing.
Q. What results have you seen with your E4L clients?
The results I have seen with my clients have been amazing, they have ranged from: More energy, Increased confidence and positivity, Releasing old negative thought patterns and emotions, Improved concentration and focus, Better relaxation.
